Dear team at the Marsa Al Arab Hotel, We would like to thank you very much for the wonderful time at your hotel! We felt like we were in paradise, and your hospitality deeply impressed us. A special thank you goes to Asmaa and Franco, as well as Chaimae, who went out of their way to look after us. Their care and attention made our stay an unforgettable experience. The children were especially thrilled with the chessboard gifts you gave them—first a chocolate one! And a wooden one upon departure. That was so sweet. The children cried with joy. We would also like to thank the room cleaning team, especially Kopila. The room was always perfectly prepared and was always clean and tidy. There was absolutely nothing to complain about! A 10/10 Everything at the pool and on the beach was spotlessly clean and tidy. The loungers were always excellent and were immediately made available when we needed them. The complimentary amenities like water, sunscreen, and suntan lotion made our stay even more enjoyable. We would also like to thank the friendly staff member who cleaned our goggles. This small gesture shows that you care about your guests' well-being. The gym was very clean and tidy, and the staff took care of the weights and put them away after use. This is truly impressive and shows the attention to detail you pay to at this beautiful luxury resort. We would like to extend special praise to the restaurant "The Cullinan." The service was first-class! The friendliness and courtesy of the staff were exceptional and made our visit an unforgettable experience. The breakfast was a true delicacy! It left absolutely nothing to be desired. The variety and quality of the food was truly fantastic. We were also very excited about the personalized slippers that were left in our room as a gift. It was a wonderful surprise and we feel very appreciated. And the tote bag we received as a gift is simply fantastic!

We loved the property, we tried the Greek, Italian and French restaurants. The only one that was not good was the French one.

Every part of the property was incredible, there was nothing to fault. The staff were incredible, they paid attention to every detail to make you feel special and appreciated. The breakfast was the best we have ever had, we will most certainly be back, no hotel in Dubai compares.

The hotel is excellent and beautiful. We stayed here for the second time, and enjoyed it even more than the first. The staff are fantastic, especially in the restaurants and by the pool. Special thanks to Yathish, who made our time at the pool truly enjoyable every day. The view from our room of the Burj Al Arab was wonderful. The rooms are spacious and beautifully designed.
